LeadHER Fitness is a space for women who do it all and feel truly supported—in both body and mind. I believe fitness isn’t about a finish line—it’s a lifelong relationship with your body. Through personalized coaching, flexible plans, emotional support, and real-life guidance, I help you discover what strength looks like for you. This is a space for physical progress and mental growth. Because when you feel supported—when someone truly sees you and your journey—you don’t just follow a plan.


You become a LeadHER.


In large corporate gyms, it’s easy to feel like just another number. The focus is often on sales, revenue, and volume—personal connection isn’t a priority. At LeadHER Fitness, I’ve created something intentionally different.


This is a space designed for women to feel supported, valued, and genuinely seen. I built a small, intimate environment so I can stay truly connected to each member—not just as a coach, but as someone who understands the importance of showing up for each other.


At LeadHER Fitness, I believe your progress is about so much more than just a number on the scale. That’s why I use the HUME Health/BodyBod Smart Scale three times during your 90-day program to track meaningful, whole-body changes—like muscle mass, body fat, hydration, and more.


These check-ins help me see how your body is truly responding to your hard work. You’ll get access to the app on Apple or Android, where your results are updated every 30 days in a way that reflects your real progress—not just your weight.


I get it—life is busy and messy, and fitness shouldn’t add to your stress. That’s why I include three 45-minute session dedicated just to you—a time to check in on how mental stress is affecting your health journey and to connect on a deeper level.


These sessions aren’t just about coaching—they’re a chance to pause, be heard, and release some of the weight you carry. Sometimes, all you need is a safe space to share what’s really going on—and know you’re not alone.


Plus, LeadHER Fitness is about women supporting women. These moments build connection, reminding you that you’re part of a community that sees you, understands your struggles, and lifts you up.


During our time together, my role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to listen with empathy and help you find clarity, strength, and renewed motivation.


Your safety is my top priority. If you’ve had an injury within the past year, I require that you get clearance from your doctor before starting the program. This should include any specific workout limitations or precautions so I can tailor your coaching to fit your needs.


It’s completely okay if you’re not yet where you want to be physically—we’ll start from where you are now and progress safely from there. I’m committed to coaching you in a way that respects your body and follows any physician-approved guidelines.


Please remember, my coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment or physical therapy. If you have any medical concerns, it’s important to consult your healthcare provider before participating.


As a part of the LeadHER community, you truly matter—not just as a client, but as someone I’m committed to supporting through every part of your journey.


Life can be unpredictable, so I offer flexibility to help you stay on track. You have 90 days to use the sessions included in your program. Within that time, you may cancel or reschedule up to three sessions per package, with the option to make them up. After 90 days, any unused sessions will expire to keep the program moving forward.


If you ever need to pause or discuss your membership, just reach out. I’m here to listen and work with you to find the best solution for your needs.
